Wix Crafters ("we") builds apps for Wix sites, including Save for Later, Product Reviews, Magic Link Login, and AI Chatbot ("Apps").

What we collect: product/wishlist selections, review text/photos/ratings, order data (used only to verify purchases for reviews), email (for magic login links), and chat messages (AI Chatbot). Chat threads are session-only, never stored in a database.

How it's used: solely to run the App feature you installed — no ads, no selling data, no cross-merchant sharing. Each installed site's data is isolated in its own CMS collection.

Third parties: OpenAI and Anthropic process AI-related content (chat messages, and planned features like review summaries). All API calls route through our backend (wixcrafters.com), so keys never touch your site.

Infrastructure: we keep a minimal siteId→instanceId mapping to route backend requests (e.g. plan checks, automations). Deleted on uninstall.

Retention: App content data (reviews, wishlist items, etc.) lives on your Wix site and is retained or removed per Wix's platform behavior. Infrastructure data we maintain — specifically the site-to-instance mapping used to route backend requests (automations, plan verification) — is retained indefinitely, even after the App is uninstalled, to support reinstallation and continued service.

Additional Communications: If you're a Site Owner, we may use your contact details (email) to reach out about other Wix Crafters services — including website design, Velo development, or promotions for our other apps. You can opt out of these communications at any time by contacting us at contact@wixcrafters.com or using the unsubscribe link in the email.
